TOWN
OF SAXEVILLE, WAUSHARA COUNTY, WISCONSIN
Meeting held at Saxeville Town Hall
Regular Monthly Town Board Meeting – July 15, 2002
Notice for the meeting was posted at the dump and both town halls, mailed
to and published in the Waushara Argus and published on the Town’s web
site. Chairman Christensen called the meeting to order at 8:15 pm. All
officers were present.
Two
representatives from First National Bank, Poy Sippi gave the bank’s sales
pitch for town accounts. It appears that it could make the Treasurer’s
job somewhat easier by having all funds in one account instead of several.
It would virtually eliminate the need for transferring monies. Checks are
returned with the statement on a monthly basis. Treasurer Seefelt will
check it out and it will be discussed at the August meeting.
The
Clerk’s report of the meeting minutes from June 17, 2002 was reviewed.
Motioned by Supervisor Petersen, seconded by Supervisor Lind to approve
the minutes. Voice vote, all in favor, motion carried. The Treasurer’s
report for June 2002 was read. Motioned by Chairman Christensen, seconded
by Supervisor Lind to approve the report as read. Voice vote, all in
favor, motion carried.
